EPNOE – ESEIA International Summer School 2022

Smart Energy Materials have a vast potential to help industry and society grow into a new climate neutral era.

The EPNOE – ESEIA International Summer School ‘Sustainable Materials for Renewable Energy Applications’ organised by EPNOE member ICMAB, ES will take place 11 – 15 July 2022.

The ISS will focus on sustainable materials for a better future, in the field of renewable energy, sustainable and abundant materials for energy application in photovoltaics, storing energy systems such as batteries and supercapacitors, and other emerging technologies. Renewables in the power system and their implementation in parts of Africa will be addressed.

The ISS will include keynote lectures by international experts and a visit to ALBA, a third generation Synchrotron Ligh facility and a complex of electron accelerators to produce sychrotron light.
