’Future of Energy – Innovations for a climate neutral future’ Symposium organised by TU Graz, AT

220 experts discussed innovations on the path to climate neutrality.

The 17th Symposium on Energy Innovation, organised by ESEIA member TU Graz, AT took place 16 – 18 February 2022.

The current IPCC climate report underlines the urgency of achieving climate neutrality as quick as possible. The entire energy sector, especially the increasingly important area of electrical energy, will play a decisive role in the future. At the Symposium 220 experts provided an insight which innovations are required on the path to climate neutrality. They discussed energy markets and modelling, secure transmission grids, sustainable distribution grids, hydrogen, decarbonisation, energy communities, heat supply, energy storage, and mobility of the future.
