European Sustainable Energy Week 2023
The European Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW) 2023 took place 20-22 June 2023, under the theme Accelerating the clean energy transition – towards lower bills and greater skills. This year’s edition adopted a hybrid format, with participants being able to join the event in Brussels and online.
EUSEW is the biggest annual event dedicated to renewables and efficient energy use in Europe and it comprises a series of activities aimed at building a secure energy future for Europe. This year’s event included the EUSEW Policy Conference, covering topics related to skills, energy efficiency, affordability and inclusion, renewables, and decarbonisation.
Additionally, the event also held the EUSEW Awards to celebrate outstanding individuals, projects and ideas, the Energy Fair, with more than 35 exhibition stands, including RE4Industry, and the fourth edition of the European Youth Energy Day, bringing together a total of 18 34-year-olds to share their ideas on how to transform Europe into the first climate-neutral continent.
