Last month, the ESEIA Project Manager Hana Lee had the chance to present ESEIA at the Autumn Seminar organised by the Korean Scientists and Engineers Association in Austria (KOSEAA).
Founded in 1998 at TU Wien, KOSEAA aims to support Korean scientists and engineers to connect and exchange knowledge and ideas with their peers in Austria and other European countries.
The KOSEAA Autumn Seminar, supported by the Korean Federation of Science & Technology Societies, took place 12 November 2022 at the Park Inn by Radisson Linz hotel in Linz, Austria, intending to strengthen friendship and cooperation among members.
The seminar counted with the participation of 29 Korean scientists and engineers from Austria (Graz, Linz, Salzburg and Vienna) and Hungary (Szeged and Budapest), including a counsellor from the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Austria.
During the seminar, Hana Lee gave a presentation about ESEIA and its mission, which was met with great enthusiasm by the attendees. Many were interested in getting involved in ESEIA’s numerous activities and asked for details about future events so they could keep up.
In fact, one of the attendees, a doctoral student from TU Wien, joined us at the second ESEIA Lecture: Repower Europe, which took place 17 November 2022.
Thank you to the ESEIA Project Manager Hana Lee for spreading the word about the Alliance!
