The 10th conference of the Austrian Society for Gender Studies (ÖGGF) will be held at the University of Graz and Graz University of Technology from September 18-20, 2024, with the topic “People – Machines – Environments”.

(Young) scientists from all disciplines, as well as artists, are invited to discuss the highly topical question of how far-reaching bio- and information-technology developments in recent decades have resulted in changes to the social division of labor and gender hierarchy(s). Gender’s role in technology, human-machine interaction, and prejudices in artificial intelligence will all be discussed.
