Overview
The fourth lecture in the ESEIA Lecture Series was held at the Auditorium (Aula) of Graz University of Technology, on 25 May 2023, from 19:00 to 21:00 CEST. This lecture focused on the circular economy, its challenges and opportunities.
Professor Michael Bongards introduced the topic, providing an overview of the research and innovation centre :metabolon. After his presentation, Alexandra Loidl offered a glimpse into what a circular economy at a city level looks like, and Christian Schreyer explained the challenges to effective waste management in the city of Graz.
