TU Graz Fully CO2 Neutral by 2030
TU Graz Rector Harald Kainz recently published a Roadmap to become fully CO2 neutral by 2030. One of the main challenges next to making buildings sustainable will be to foster sustainable mobility, particularly by cutting back on air travel. TU Graz Rector is supported by an interdisciplinary team of sustainable systems experts in research and education, as well as by the TU Graz Sustainability Advisory Board headed by Alexander Passer and Günter Getzinger. The Advisory Board continuously develops the current sustainability strategy, bundles activities and initiates new proposals and projects. The TU Graz initiative is echoed by the Austrian Alliance of Sustainable Universities chaired by Helga Kromp-Kolb.
